1. Agreement to Terms

3.3 Prohibited Users

• Persons acting as agents or intermediaries for other parties.

5.3 Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must originate from a source in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier and verification status. md108 does not charge withdrawal fees for most methods, but cryptocurrency network fees (blockchain gas fees) and bank processing fees may apply.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before you can request a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches your verified identity.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• md108 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
• We may refuse or delay withdrawals if we suspect money laundering, bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To prevent money laundering, you must wager at least 1x (one times) your total deposited amount before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits made solely for the purpose of withdrawal (without genuine betting activity) may be rejected and subject to administrative fees.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time (unless otherwise specified). Bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events are typically voided unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours. 7.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live dealer tables, RNG games) use certified random number generators or live dealer procedures audited by independent testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on game information screens. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.4 Togel (Lottery Betting)

Togel bets on Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau draws are settled based on the official results published by the respective lottery authorities. Bets are final once the draw has occurred. If an official draw is cancelled or postponed, affected bets will be voided.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Using bots, automated systems, or third-party software to place bets or manipulate games.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in our software for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using md108 for money laundering.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access our source code or backend systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other users.

10. Account Suspension and Closure
